1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User," "Player," "You," or "Your") and jilieo (the "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), operating the online gaming platform accessible at jilieo.lat (the "Website," "Platform," or "Service").

2.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other jurisdiction in which you reside. 2.3 Geographic Restrictions

jilieo services are intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account access and bet placement. You may not access the jilieo platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise illegal. We employ geolocation technology to verify your physical location. Attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions through VPN services, proxy servers, or location spoofing technologies constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

2.4 Account Restrictions

You may maintain only one (1) account with jilieo. Creating multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited. Individuals who have previously been banned, suspended, or self-excluded from jilieo or any affiliated gaming platform are permanently barred from creating new accounts. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of jilieo management are not eligible to register or play on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To access jilieo gaming services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to: full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification, date of birth, complete residential address within the Philippines, valid mobile telephone number, functional email address, and any additional information reasonably requested by jilieo to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

You acknowledge and agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in criminal prosecution under Philippine law.

3.2 Account Verification

jilieo reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership. You must provide requested verification documents within seventy-two (72) hours of request. Failure to provide timely verification may result in account suspension, withdrawal delays, or permanent account closure. We will not process withdrawal requests until identity verification is complete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilieo account credentials, including username, password, and any additional authentication factors. You must immediately notify jilieo of any unauthorized access, security breach, or suspected fraudulent activity involving your account. jilieo employs industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure socket layer protocols, and advanced firewall protection. However, you acknowledge that internet-based transactions carry inherent security risks, and you assume all risks associated with transmitting information over the internet.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jilieo accepts deposits through authorized payment methods prominently displayed on the Website, including but not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Security Bank, Landbank, PNB), InstaPay, PesoNet, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and debit cards issued by Philippine financial institutions. We reserve the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at our sole discretion without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made through electronic wallets (GCash, Maya) and InstaPay typically process instantly and reflect in your jilieo account within seconds. Bank transfers via PesoNet may require up to twenty-four (24) hours for processing. Credit and debit card deposits process within one (1) to five (5) minutes subject to issuing bank authorization. jilieo does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider or financial institution may impose transaction fees beyond our control.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00). The maximum single deposit amount varies by payment method and may be subject to your payment provider's transaction limits. Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be imposed for responsible gaming purposes or in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the jilieo platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be automatically converted to PHP at prevailing exchange rates determined by your payment provider. jilieo is not responsible for currency conversion fees or exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Processing

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to these Terms and completion of any applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited to prevent money laundering and fraud.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

jilieo strives to process withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Standard processing times are: GCash and Maya withdrawals process within one (1) to five (5) minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals process within one (1) to three (3) hours during banking hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Philippine Time, excluding national holidays). Withdrawals requested outside banking hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals may require extended processing time for identity verification and anti-fraud screening.

5.3 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is Three Hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 300.00). The maximum single withdrawal amount is One Million Philippine Pesos (PHP 1,000,000.00). Larger withdrawals may be processed in multiple installments at jilieo's discretion. Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification status and player activity patterns.

5.4 Withdrawal Verification

jilieo reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures before processing withdrawals, including but not limited to requesting supplementary identification documents, verifying the source of deposited funds, conducting video verification calls, or requesting bank statements. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied if verification requirements are not satisfied.

5.5 Withdrawal Fees

jilieo does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three (3) withdrawal requests per calendar month. Subsequent withdrawals within the same month may incur an administrative processing fee of fifty Philippine Pesos (PHP 50.00) per transaction. Your receiving financial institution may impose additional fees beyond our control.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

jilieo offers various bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards (collectively, "Bonuses") to enhance player experience. All Bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions prominently displayed in the promotional materials and on the Website. By claiming or accepting any Bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable Bonus terms.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

jilieo prohibits Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim Bonuses repeatedly, exploiting technical glitches or system errors to generate fraudulent Bonuses, collaborating with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or engaging in irregular betting patterns designed solely to clear Bonus requirements. Suspected Bonus abuse will be investigated, and accounts found to have engaged in abusive practices will be permanently closed with forfeiture of all funds.

7. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on jilieo are subject to acceptance by our gaming system. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at our sole discretion, particularly in cases involving: technical errors or system malfunctions, obvious pricing errors (commonly known as "palpable errors"), suspected fraudulent activity, violation of maximum betting limits, or any circumstances where bet acceptance would violate these Terms or applicable law.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Casino game results are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fairness and randomness. Sports betting outcomes are determined based on official results published by governing sports bodies. In the event of disputes, the official decision of the relevant game provider or sports authority shall be final and binding. jilieo reserves the right to void bets and reverse settlements in cases of: obvious technical errors affecting game outcomes, fraudulent manipulation of results, incorrect settlement due to human or system error, or any circumstances where maintaining the bet would be inequitable or contrary to gaming integrity.

7.3 Disconnections

In the event of disconnection during gameplay (whether due to internet connection loss, device failure, or server issues), your placed bets will remain valid and will be settled according to the game outcome. For live dealer games, any hand, round, or game in progress at the time of disconnection will be completed according to standard game rules. • Account Selling: Transferring, selling, or sharing account access with third parties;
• Offensive Conduct: Engaging in harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive behavior toward other players or jilieo staff.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the jilieo platform (collectively, "Content") are the exclusive property of jilieo, its licensors, or third-party game providers and are protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, and patent laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilieo platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not: reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Content without express written permission; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game systems; remove, obscure, or alter copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary rights notices; frame or mirror any portion of the Website; or use automated systems (robots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract data from the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

11.2 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE JILIEO PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. jilieo does not warrant that the platform will be error-free, secure from unauthorized access, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PHILIPPINE LAW, JILIEO, ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, jilieo's total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your jilieo account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

11.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jilieo, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: your violation of these Terms and Conditions; your violation of any law, regulation, or third-party rights; your use or misuse of the platform; any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct; or any dispute between you and another player or third party.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your jilieo account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining account balances subject to verification of your identity and compliance with applicable wagering requirements. Account closure requests will be processed within seven (7) business days. You remain responsible for all activities that occurred on your account prior to closure.

12.2 Termination by jilieo

jilieo reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have: violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions; engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activities; provided false or misleading information during registration or verification; become subject to self-exclusion or gambling restrictions; or created multiple accounts. Upon termination for cause, jilieo may confiscate remaining account balances and void pending bets.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as "dormant." Dormant accounts may be subject to monthly maintenance fees of one hundred Philippine Pesos (PHP 100.00) until the account balance is exhausted or until you reactivate your account. We will provide thirty (30) days' notice before assessing dormant account fees.

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilieo platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Manila, Philippines.

13.2 Complaint Procedure

If you have any complaint, dispute, or concern regarding jilieo services, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, email, or telephone. We will make good faith efforts to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. 13.3 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution

If your dispute cannot be resolved through jilieo's internal complaint procedures, you may escalate the matter to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for independent review and determination. PAGCOR's decision on disputes shall be final and binding on all parties.

14. Amendments and Updates to Terms

jilieo reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice to players. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the Website. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates the most recent revision date.

Your continued use of the jilieo platform following the posting of changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
